What do your daughters do when it's that 'time of the month' and they still have to attend practice for several hours or a meet? Is there special underwear that gymnasts can use under leos which would permit the use of a pad? What about those new period underwears called "Thinx?" Would love to hear what others are doing.

One of my girls uses tampons and one uses pads, but they both wear thinx panties. I think there is a cheaper version of the same concept now called knixteen
I looked into Thinx and they are not designed if your flow is more “towards the front” and then it will leak there
My plan is for a menstrual cup. We're not there yet.
